Esto hace que se vuelvan un tanto imperceptibles y, por ende, no cumplan su objetivo de persuasi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Pero, \u00bfqu\u00e9 pretenden las marcas con sus anuncios? Es claro que vender sus productos, sin embargo hay un objetivo secundario que tiene que ver con <strong>buscar la aprobaci\u00f3n<\/strong> por parte de su audiencia y <strong>generar un v\u00ednculo con ella<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En la era de Publicidad, solo las empresas con mayor poder econ\u00f3mico pod\u00edan destacarse y llegar a su p\u00fablico objetivo. En la era del Engagement, todas aquellas que sean capaces de generar <strong>contenido \u00fatil, valioso y de calidad<\/strong>, ser\u00e1n las que cobren protagonismo.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfA qu\u00e9 se debe eso? B\u00e1sicamente, a que se ha modificado la forma en que las personas buscan los productos y servicios que quieren comprar o contratar y la manera en que socializan con otros usuarios\u00a0e incluso con las marcas.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es el Engagement?<\/h2>\n<p>Se trata de la <strong>creaci\u00f3n de relaciones perdurables<\/strong> de los usuarios con una marca. Seguramente tengas una vinculaci\u00f3n con ciertas empresas que hace que conf\u00edes en ellas y las elijas. Sin embargo, no tienes esa misma relaci\u00f3n con otras, y si ma\u00f1ana desaparecieran, no te percatar\u00edas de ello.<\/p>\n<p>Esto cobra relevancia cuando conoces cifras como el n\u00famero de usuarios de Internet en el mundo, la cantidad de horas al d\u00eda que estos pasan conectados (un promedio de 5) y las <strong>principales actividades que realizan<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interacci\u00f3n en redes sociales.<\/li>\n<li>Acceso al correo electr\u00f3nico (actividad especialmente realizada durante jornadas laborales).<\/li>\n<li>Env\u00edo y recepci\u00f3n de mensajes instant\u00e1neos.<\/li>\n<li>B\u00fasqueda de informaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Y&#8230; llegaron los micromomentos<\/h3>\n<p>A partir del nacimiento de buscadores como Google, los usuarios comenzaron a realizar <strong>peque\u00f1as investigaciones antes de tomar la decisi\u00f3n de comprar<\/strong> alg\u00fan producto o contratar determinado servicio. De hecho, el 91% de las personas buscan informaci\u00f3n mientras hacen una tarea.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfAcaso no sacas tu tel\u00e9fono para \u201cgooglear\u201d cuando tienes una duda o pregunta? A esa consulta o peque\u00f1a investigaci\u00f3n que las personas hacen antes de realizar su compra, se le llama \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.thinkwithgoogle.com\/intl\/es-419\/articles\/como-micromomentos-cambian-reglas-juego.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">micromomento<\/a>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>En este contexto, las marcas pretenden adue\u00f1arse de las respuestas de esos micromomentos.
