Conoce <strong>c\u00f3mo estimular los sentidos<\/strong> desde tu P\u00e1gina Web por medio de t\u00e9cnicas usadas en el Marketing Sensorial. \u00a1Adelante!<\/p>\n<p>Hace pocos d\u00edas vi una frase que me llam\u00f3 mucho la atenci\u00f3n <strong>\u201cm\u00e1s importante que hacer SEO, es generar experiencias de marca\u201d<\/strong>. Me impact\u00f3 porque hoy en d\u00eda las comunicaciones de Marketing Digital se han enfocado en realizar diferentes t\u00e1cticas de posicionamiento en buscadores y redes sociales con el objetivo de viralizarse, dejando a un lado la creaci\u00f3n de una verdadera experiencia de marca, que al final es la que <strong>genera recordaci\u00f3n y fidelizaci\u00f3n<\/strong> por parte de los clientes.<\/p>\n<p>Pero bueno, vamos desde el principio. El Marketing Sensorial es la<strong> estimulaci\u00f3n de los sentidos por medio de colores, texturas, sonidos, olores, sabores o temperaturas<\/strong>. A trav\u00e9s de la vista, el olfato, gusto, tacto y o\u00eddo es como llega toda la informaci\u00f3n a nuestro cerebro para luego ser calificada y, dependiendo de qu\u00e9 tan persuasivo sea el est\u00edmulo, se quedar\u00e1 alojada o pasar\u00e1 sin pena ni gloria por nuestra mente.\u00a0Por ello es que parte de la decisi\u00f3n de tus clientes entre recordar tu espacio virtual o dejarlo en el olvido, est\u00e1 en tus manos.<\/p>\n<h2>C\u00f3mo estimular los sentidos desde tu espacio virtual<\/h2>\n<p>Hay tres sentidos que puedes estimular desde un espacio virtual: la vista, el tacto y el o\u00eddo y es necesario que les saques el m\u00e1ximo provecho. Por ello es importante trabajar en definir ciertos elementos de tu marca como:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Los colores:<\/strong>\u00a0que idealmente deben ser m\u00e1ximo 3 y por lo menos uno de ellos debe hacer contraste.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Las texturas:\u00a0<\/strong>que pueden ser suaves, rugosas, fr\u00edas o calientes, y si aprecias el arte seguramente te ser\u00e1 f\u00e1cil identificarlas y plasmarlas.<\/li>\n<li><strong>El sonido:<\/strong>\u00a0debe ser caracter\u00edstico y diferencial y en lo posible corto, ya que cargar tu espacio virtual con canciones y sonidos ser\u00e1 un poco molesto para la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fromdoppler.com\/blog\/la-importancia-de-la-ux-en-email-marketing\/\" target=\"_blank\">Experiencia del Usuario<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Seguramente est\u00e1s pensando en que el gusto y el olfato quedaron por fuera, y tienes raz\u00f3n, pero lo interesante es que puedes estimular directamente el cerebro de tu interlocutor por medio de las<strong> experiencias que \u00e9l ha tenido<\/strong> en el pasado.<\/p>\n<p>Por ejemplo, si tienes una web de alimentos y plasmas la imagen de un jugoso filete de carne que resalte su brillo y suavidad es posible que hagas salivar a quien lo est\u00e9 observando; o si tienes la web de un hotel y pones una frase en tu texto SEO preguntando: \u00bfrecuerdas el olor del mar? es posible que tambi\u00e9n estimules la memoria emocional de la persona y lo lleves a <strong>recrear esa sensaci\u00f3n en su mente<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Un ejemplo de eso es <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ahorraviajes.com\" target=\"_blank\">Ahorraviajes<\/a>, en este sitio puedes ver que se mezclan los colores del sol y el mar, se utilizan im\u00e1genes de personas en distintos destinos tur\u00edsticos y se promueven los viajes y el ahorro en sus textos.<\/p>\n<h2>Enf\u00f3cate en generar emociones<\/h2>\n<p>La finalidad de toda una experiencia de marca es el est\u00edmulo de las emociones porque son estas las que <strong>se quedar\u00e1n grabadas en tu mente<\/strong>. La felicidad, melancol\u00eda, tristeza, incertidumbre, son esos y m\u00e1s los momentos que dejan una huella en la vida de las personas. Por ejemplo, en los textos de\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.turbocupones.com\/codigo-descuento-hoteles-com\" target=\"_blank\">Hoteles.com<\/a>, la marca usa \u00fanicamente palabras positivas, alegres y que estimulan a los viajeros a embarcarse en su pr\u00f3xima aventura.<\/p>\n<p>Ten muy en cuenta diferentes factores de tu p\u00fablico objetivo que te puedan ayudar a identificar las emociones que puedes generar en ellos. El lenguaje tambi\u00e9n es de gran importancia, tienes que definir si utilizar\u00e1s uno <strong>tono formal, informal, de cercan\u00eda o de lejan\u00eda<\/strong>, y adem\u00e1s de las palabras claves que necesites plasmar, tambi\u00e9n define aquellas que identifiquen tu marca.<\/p>\n<p>Para ello puedes ver las P\u00e1ginas Web de grandes marcas como <a href=\"http:\/\/www.coca-colamexico.com.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\">Coca-Cola<\/a>, donde adem\u00e1s de usar elementos caracter\u00edsticos de la empresa, tambi\u00e9n intentan relacionar todo con el concepto de felicidad. Otro caso interesante es el de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rebajalo.es\" target=\"_blank\">Rebajalo<\/a>, donde su enfoque es estimular el ahorro y la compra por medio de ofertas y descuentos.<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, es importante destacar que el Marketing Sensorial es usualmente aplicado en las <strong>estrategias de mediano y largo plazo<\/strong> porque busca generar recordaci\u00f3n y posicionamiento de marca y eso se logra poco a poco con acciones constantes.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, no olvides que lo m\u00e1s importante es la <strong>Experiencia del Usuario con el servicio o producto<\/strong> que ofreces, porque de nada sirve integrar todos los elementos del Marketing Sensorial y digital para aumentar las expectativas de alguien si luego se va a defraudar.
