Otro incentivo puede ser el env\u00edo gratis.<\/p>\n<p>Pon una llamada a la acci\u00f3n (CTA) clara, destacada y que diriga al cliente inequ\u00edvocamente al sitio al que queremos que llegue. Adem\u00e1s, recuerda poner un enlace directo a las fichas de <strong>productos que ha abandonado<\/strong> y otro a la URL donde puede recuperar su sesi\u00f3n y su carrito.<\/p>\n<p>Otra recomendaci\u00f3n muy importante es <strong>no pasarse con la inmediatez:\u00a0<\/strong>enviar un primer Email a las 12\/24 horas de que se haya abandonado el carrito y un segundo Email 1 d\u00eda despu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Estos tres \u00faltimos puntos tienen una<strong> repercusi\u00f3n directa en las ventas<\/strong>, especialmente la recuperaci\u00f3n de carritos, si estimamos que la tasa de abandono puede estar entre el <strong>60-70%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Por ejemplo, para mi tienda online de <a title=\"tienda de cuerdas\" href=\"http:\/\/cuerdadeguitarra.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cuerdas de guitarra<\/a> utilizo esta estrategia y recupero bastantes pedidos. La idea es recordarle a cada prospecto no solo el carrito que ha abandonado, sino tambi\u00e9n los principales beneficios del negocio y las\u00a0<strong>propuestas \u00fanicas de venta<\/strong>: env\u00edo gratis a partir de 10\u20ac + un regalo en cada pedido.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed refuerzo la toma de decisi\u00f3n de cada\u00a0cliente, aunque podr\u00eda mejorar la conversi\u00f3n si implementar\u00e1 un\u00a0<strong>incentivo con acelerador de tiempo<\/strong>, por ejemplo: \u201cque X descuento o X oferta es v\u00e1lido solo durante las pr\u00f3ximas 24 horas\u201d.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfEst\u00e1s preparado?<\/h2>\n<p>Espero que este art\u00edculo te sirva para poner en marcha la estrategia de tu eCommerce y <strong>dar mayor\u00a0impulso\u00a0al env\u00edo de Emails<\/strong>.
