Bounce Management

Hard Bounce Report

When sending Email campaigns, certain addresses bounce due to different reasons (full mailbox, invalid recipient address, etc.). Through the Bounce Management tool, those email addresses identified as bounced (Hard or Soft), get deactivated automatically once they reach the maximum amount of bounces outlined. All the accounts are initially set up with a limit of 2 hard bounces and 3 soft bounces. Configure your Bounce Management preferences within this section.
